Hi everybody, it’s an episode of Ask JP, this is the most common question or frequently asked question that I’m getting right now. What is our value proposition? Here’s how I think you should address the question.
Make sure that you’re looking at the benefits and the results that your members get, rather than the features that you offer. I think a lot of times as associations, we get wrapped up in the menu and the checklist of items rather than how we’re benefiting members.
So, what is your value proposition? Think about those specific circumstances and stories and instances where your members have benefited by your activity.
Until next week, best wishes.
