Caroline Bhatia is an association professional who is passionate about helping organizations grow and strengthen their communities through collaboration, integrity, and dedication. With experience in membership sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, she enjoys working alongside teams to find creative solutions that enhance member engagement and support long-term sustainability.

Caroline began her career in hospitality sales, representing brands such as The Capital Grille, Hilton, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International. In 2021, she transitioned into association management, serving as Vice President of Membership and Business Development for the RI Hospitality Association. She values an analytical yet empathetic approach to relationships and is excited for the opportunity to continue that work as an Account Executive with Big Red M.

Based in southern Massachusetts, Caroline and her husband have four children and a Golden Retriever, named Max. She stays active through CrossFit, volleyball, and coaching her daughter’s softball team. Deeply involved in their church and community, Caroline and her husband volunteer by teaching financial literacy, leading children’s programs, and supporting a local women’s recovery home.
