We’re proud to share a BIG announcement from the Big Red M team.

ASAE named KiKi L’Italien, our Executive Vice President of Marketing and Community Engagement, the 2025 recipient of the Academy of Leaders Award.

This recognition is part of ASAE’s Individual Honors for Exceptional Leadership, which celebrates professionals who make outstanding contributions to the association community and society at large.

ASAE selected KiKi as the 38th recipient of the Academy of Leaders Award, which honors consultants or industry partners who have shown exceptional support of ASAE and the broader association community.

In her role at Big Red M, KiKi helps associations grow their relevance and revenue through strategic marketing, branding, and community-driven storytelling. She also serves as editor-in-chief of Association Chat, a widely respected platform that includes a digital and print magazine, podcast, newsletter, online community, and live events.

As Clayonia Colbert-Dorsey, Chair of the ASAE Individual Honors Committee, shared in the official announcement,
