With a sharp eye for detail, she oversees everything from daily financial operations, payroll, and HR functions to larger strategic initiatives like profit analysis, financial forecasting, and executive-level reporting. Melissa joined LLM Publications in 2013, later acquired by Big Red M in 2024. Before that, she served as Accounting Manager for Morel Ink, a leading commercial printer with a nationwide client base and locations across Oregon and Washington. Her diverse experience makes her a key player in ensuring Big Red M runs smoothly and efficiently.
