We recently partnered with CSRA to support their conference from pre-planning through post-event review. Big Red M’s Event Planner, Shoshanna Gross, CMP, served as an extension of their team, managing the operational details that keep events running smoothly.

Before the event, Shoshanna coordinated hotel logistics, A/V needs, and food and beverage orders, ensuring every detail was confirmed and documented.
On-site, we managed registration, sponsorship deliverables, and served as the primary contact for vendors, entertainment, and leadership.
After the event wrapped, we reviewed financials and debriefed with the executive director to capture insights for future planning.
