I have some tips for you in the business development area as we are nearing the end of the first quarter.
One important factor is the ability to focus. Look at your pipeline and see which deals have the potential to close this month and prioritize them. Then, look at their decision-making process from the prospect’s perspective.
How are they going to go through the steps of making the decision for you, with you, or joining? Now is the time as we finish out the last two weeks to focus on this. Most importantly, prioritize deals by revenue and then think about steps the prospect needs to make.
That is what we need to focus on as we close out the first quarter, It’s very important.
