Before joining Big Red M, Grace worked at an association and became a “Jill of all trades” managing domestic and international digital marketing communications and social media and providing membership, marketing, and onsite support at conferences and events. Firsthand experience working for an association allows Grace to help prospective customers understand the support association participation can provide through advocacy, networking, and more. Grace is an expert in relationship building and delivers value to partners by exceeding sales goals to support membership growth and generate non-dues revenue through advertising and sponsorship sales. Grace is a Washington, D.C., native and graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
