Kara is a people person and has enjoyed working with nonprofits for most of her career. With a passion for relationship building and revenue generation, she has polished her skills in helping organizations increase membership and non-dues revenue through sponsorship, advertising, and event sales.

She excels in developing and implementing membership recruitment and retention strategies, supporting programing and events, and creating value for her clients. Being able to identify strategic prospects and exceed sales targets reflect her commitment to excellence and delivering tangible results.

Kara resides in Michigan with her husband Frank and their 5-year-old son Frankie. In her free time Kara enjoys rollerblading, golfing, playing sports with the family and traveling to new destinations.
