Kerry is a Certified Salesforce Administrator with 10 years of database management experience. Her expertise lies within the management of client data for business growth, process development and creative problem-solving. Kerry effectively manages Big Red M’s extensive database to ensure proper configuration to serve client needs and support their goals. She has hands-on experience building automations with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder. Kerry also works closely with the Account Executives and upper management to develop reports and dashboards to support sales and consulting efforts.
